I've been a patient here for several months and have unfortunately run into countless issues, delays, and cancelled appointments due to various oversights, rotating staff, and high turnover rate. Management are aware of the issues and have been taking meaningful steps to get things on track. I had an appointment today with two of the newer members, Dr. Graham and Teana, and giving credit where credit is due, they went above and beyond and did incredible work. It was a less than straightforward procedure and they were just perfect in all respects. I hope for my sake they stick around as it's been a welcomed change but honestly hope they get scouted by some fancy oceanfront dental office someplace tropical. They are both top notch professionals and beyond super skilled and kind.

I’m so thankful for this wonderful office and their amazing staff for taking care of my dental health. Melissa is a wonderful hygienist that thoroughly explained every facet of the cleaning. Dr. Graham was very informative and explained how my teeth were doing in a way that was easily comprehensible. And the technology they used to evaluate my teeth was incredible, it felt like I was at a dental office in the future!

I’ve been going here for years and always have a great experience. The hygienists are friendly and thorough, and the dentists are good about answering questions and giving helpful suggestions. This visit, Melissa cleaned my teeth and she gave me clear guidance about ways to improve my dental health while being kind. She was also extremely fast. The front desk associates were also fun to talk with both coming in and leaving. Five stars for sure.

I typically do not write reviews because I believe one experience does not always represent an entire practice. However, my experience today has completely changed that. I have been a patient at this practice since 2021 and initially had a very positive experience. I began my Invisalign treatment with them and shortly after became very ill, requiring multiple hospital visits (unrelated to this office). During that difficult time, the staff who originally worked with me were extremely understanding and accommodating. They worked around my constantly changing medical appointments and helped me stay on track with my Invisalign treatment. Unfortunately, my recent experience was the complete opposite. I returned to finish the final stage of my Invisalign treatment, only to be told that the staff members who had been managing my case were no longer employed there, and that I would not be able to complete my treatment. At my last appointment in January, the dentist personally told me that my next visit would be a rescan of my teeth so I could receive my final set of trays. When I arrived for that appointment today, I was taken into an office by a new staff member who informed me that
